40 hours per week – 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of long-term projects running through to 2026, our client — a leading manufacturer of steel components — is expanding their production team and looking to recruit experienced Welders

What You’ll Be Doing as a MIG Welder / Fabricator
As part of the fabrication team, you will play a key role in manufacturing precision steel
* welding and fabricating mild steel components
* Operating fabrication machinery including saws, presses, drills, and grinders
* Assembling and finishing steel fabrications to high quality standards
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
* Working collaboratively with the production team to meet manufacturing targets and project deadlines

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for reliable and skilled Welders who
* 1–5 years’ MIG welding and fabrication experience within a manufacturing or steel fabrication environmen
* Confidence using welding equipment and fabrication tools
* A strong work ethic and proactive attitude
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
* A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety
