The Role As a Senior Cloud Accountant, you will: Oversee and review outsourcing tasks, such as bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payment runs using cloud-based tools like Xero and Dext. Prepare and review management information, budgets, and cashflows. Lead the preparation of year-end accounts and corporate tax returns. Manage and deliver cloud accounting projects, including system migrations and client health checks. Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering professional growth and teamwork. Provide client training on cloud accounting software and act as a trusted adviser. Support client onboarding and contribute to internal projects to enhance service delivery. Research and implement innovative cloud accounting solutions to add value to client services. What We’re Looking For Approximately 5 years of accountancy practice experience. Expertise in Xero and other cloud accounting platforms. AAT/ACA/ACCA qualification (completed or in progress). Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a collaborative mindset.
