Key Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults
* Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize production disruption
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Record maintenance activities and report recurring issues or improvement opportunities
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects
* Work closely with production and engineering teams during shift operations
Requirements
* Degree, diploma, or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, pumps, conveyors, and automated systems (advantageous)
* Ability to work independently during shifts and make sound technical decisions
* Willingness to work rotating shifts, nights, and weekends
