Change Manager – £750/day (Inside IR35)
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate strategic change initiatives for a global brand, ensuring priorities are implemented smoothly and effectively. This is a senior, client-facing role with significant impact across internal and external stakeholders.
Role & Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, translating their strategy into actionable change while understanding and respecting their roadmap
Lead multiple change initiatives, including portfolio or programme-level management, coordinating several project managers where needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and client contacts, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and issue resolution
Drive continuous improvement, optimise resource utilisation, and manage dependencies across the change portfolio
Influence teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes, even where you do not have direct line management authority
Skills & Experience:
Client-facing change leadership with account management experience
Senior change and leadership experience, ideally managing multiple PMs
Portfolio or programme management experience, handling multiple unconnected projects
Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing without authority, and navigating complex internal and external relationships
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills
