We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our Transportation team based in Twyford, Buckinghamshire to ensure the quality requirements of the scheme contract is delivered successfully and continually improved by contributing to client KPI's. Location: Twyford, Buckinghamshire - some remote working available, with travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent Fulltime
Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll ensure your teams comply with Kier Group's corporate responsibility policies, procedures and standards. Provide leadership and expertise on regulatory and compliance issues along with supporting our management and operational teams in all aspects of Health Safety Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) compliance.
Your day to day will include:
* Manage, maintain and update the Project(s) IMS and Sharepoint portal to ensure compliance with The ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 44001 International Standards and general requirements of other industry bodies
* Facilitate External Audits with Kier Group & Assurance organisations
* Coordinate & lead Internal Quality Audits with functions and suppliers on nominated schemes
* Report on Quality metrics internally and to clients
* Represent Kier Transportation by attending Client meetings and calls related to quality
What are we looking for?
This role of Quality Assurance Manager is great if you have:
* Working knowledge of ISO Standards as Lead Auditor to facilitate continual improvement
* Ability to apply quality assurance knowledge to support teams, by investigating non-conformities and ensuring lessons learnt are communicated
* Understanding of integrated management systems and the ability to develop and improve processes
