From this continued success, we are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support our exciting growth plans.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey throughout their agreement.
Role responsibilities:
* Resolve customer queries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
* Maintain accurate agreement records within our bespoke administration system.
* Develop a strong knowledge of core leasing products and asset finance services.
* Support customers with transactions related to their agreements.
* Ensure correct collection of customer payments.
* Manage incoming payments and process refunds as needed.
* Provide excellent verbal and written customer service.
* Be IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
* Previous administration experience in Financial Services is beneficial.
