Analytics Manager
Up to £55,000 + Bonus

We’re working exclusively with a values-driven, international brand operating at the heart of the food, health, and wellbeing space. This company’s data function is established, respected, and fully embedded—and they’re now looking for a commercially sharp Analytics Manager to join their high-performing Forensic Analytics team.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a hands-on, insight-led analytics position with direct impact across marketing, commercial strategy, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to answer high-impact questions like:
* Why are sales falling in this product category?
* How can we optimise logistics and reduce costs?
* What’s the ideal product portfolio for long-term growth?
This role suits someone who can think like a consultant, solve like a data analyst, and influence like a commercial lead. You’ll be working across UK, US, and Canadian markets—giving global reach with a local mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own deep-dive analysis across commercial, product, and marketing teams
* Translate complex data into clear, action-focused recommendations
* Track campaign performance and drive marketing efficiency
* Use SQL and dashboarding tools (Power BI or Tableau) to visualise findings
* Partner with stakeholders to shape project roadmaps and define key business questions
* Bonus if you can bring light Python skills—but not essential
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* 3+ years in an analytics role, ideally in marketing or commercial performance
* Strong SQL and dashboarding experience (Power BI / Tableau)
* Stakeholder confidence—you can challenge and collaborate with senior leaders
* A proactive mindset with a commercial lens
* Consulting background or wide business exposure is a plus
