Soho and ushering in a new era for Denmark Street - the iconic birthplace of British counterculture.
Four levels below ground, and right next to Tottenham Court Road tube station, we have created HERE - a cutting edge
1800 capacity space to host incredible live concerts, club nights, comedy, arts and culture; alongside high profile
events, launches, fashion shows and film screenings.
Just round the corner on the infamous Denmark Street where the Sex Pistols lived, the Rolling Stones recorded and
David Bowie started his first band, sits The Lower Third - a neighbourhood bar and fiercely independent grass roots
music venue championing emerging talent and the unbridled spirit of Rock & Roll; with a cafe, world class cocktail bar
and 250 capacity basement club.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Audio Manager to join us as we build on our current team and technical offerings
across all our events and productions.
About the job;
We have an opportunity for an experienced Production Manager to join our expanding Production
Department. Reporting to the Head of Production and working with the rest of the production team, the role will
involve managing and delivering an array of events across all of our venues. We deliver all genres of event from
corporate dinners through to live gigs, theatrical performances and club nights. A wide band of experience across
the industry is important.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Liaising with clients and promoters for live, corporate and music events
Populating and managing of event budgets, ensuring client sign-off of all chargeable extras
Co-ordination with other Production Managers, Operations and Event Sales teams
Ensuring events are delivered in line with agreed schedules and budgets
Attending production meetings and client walk rounds
Reflection of final costs and client charges in the budget on the day of the event and ensuring these final
figures are shared with the Venue Manager.
Briefing and line managing hired in local crew and technicians
Undertake quoting and procurement for the equipment and personnel required to deliver an event
Managing and upkeeping show budget sheets
Compiling of show documentation for both internal use and for clients.
