We're Hiring: Peer Support Integration Manager (HIV Services – East Anglia) Hybrid | £36,000 | 12-month FTC (potential to extend) Harris Hill is partnering with a leading HIV organisation on a powerful new initiative placing peer support at the heart of HIV care across East Anglia. We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate Integration Manager to lead this service—embedding lived experience into NHS settings, supporting people newly diagnosed or at risk of disengaging from care. Key Responsibilities: • Lead peer support delivery across 3 ICBs • Supervise caseworkers and sessional staff • Provide support for complex cases • Develop clinical and community partnerships • Coordinate service evaluation and reporting You must: • Have experience in peer-led or community support • Understand intersecting needs (mental health, housing, immigration) • Be confident working across clinical and voluntary sectors ✨ Benefits: • 30 days annual leave bank holidays office closure • 8% pension (3% employer / 5% employee) • Travel expenses covered • Flexible, hybrid working This is a unique opportunity to drive systemic change and ensure no one faces HIV alone.
