Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory services
* Advising on corporation tax, group structures, re‑organisations, and tax planning matters
* Reviewing corporate tax returns and computations prepared by junior staff
* Developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of junior members of the tax team
* Contributing actively to business development initiatives and proposal writing
Requirements
* CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong corporate tax background gained within practice
* At least five years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients across compliance and advisory work
* Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments in tax policy
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to convey complex matters clearly
* Commercially minded and proactive, with a genuine appetite to contribute to the growth of the firm
