Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic + Bonus

Contract: Permanent

Join Our Client as an Assistant Mobile Service Manager

They are now seeking an Assistant Mobile Service Manager to help lead and drive the performance of their MSV Hub Advisors. If you bring drive, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach, this could be the start of an exciting new chapter in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting the effective management of the MSV Hub

Leading, coaching, and motivating MSV Hub Advisors (including remote team members)

Maximising available resources to ensure the department runs efficiently

Delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with Our Client’s PPA standards

Building long-term, professional customer relationships based on honesty and integrity

Anticipating customer needs and taking full ownership of problem resolution

Acting proactively to add value and improve service levels

Demonstrating strong product knowledge and communicating this clearly

Acting as a Subject Matter Champion, supporting colleagues with expertise and insight

Identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance quality

What We’re Looking For

A strong team player with excellent leadership skills

Customer‑focused, with the ability to drive high service standards

Experience in the automotive industry (preferred)

Experience managing a team — including remote management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Word

Strong organisational skills

Able to work effectively in commercially pressured environments

Technical competence (NVQ, ATA, HFC or equivalent)

Evidence of Right to Work in the UK

Full valid driving licence (held at least 7 months, fewer than 9 points)

Living within a commutable distance of M25 3AG
