About the Role
We are recruiting for a professional and experienced Admin/PA to support an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and PA support to the Executive Assistant.
2. Manage complex diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
3. Coordinate meetings and appointments for senior executives.
4. Act as the first point of contact for board members, clients, and high-level stakeholders (MDs, CEOs, etc.).
5. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
6. Well-presented, and highly professional.
7. Confident and proactive with excellent communication skills.
8. Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Strong diary management experience using Outlook.
10. Previous experience in PA or Executive Assistant roles is highly desirable.
