As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing Sales Team Managers and their teams within a busy contact centre sales operation. You will create a high-performance culture where coaching, accountability and customer outcomes sit at the heart of everything you do.
Working alongside the wider senior leadership team, driving sales performance, improving processes and inspiring your teams to consistently exceed targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
