We’re excited to expand our Engineering division with Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our Professional Development Programme for our 2025 intake, based in Peterborough in the Anglian Framework working amongst our Engineering specialists

In response to the growing demand to improve further the UK water quality in our rivers and bathing waters amongst other challenges, the investment in the water industry is far exceeding any other time.

What will you be doing?

* Support the design and delivery of electrical systems including power distribution, automation, and instrumentation
* Assist with the specification and selection of electrical equipment
* Work closely with civil, mechanical, and process engineering teams
* Carry out site surveys, commissioning, and technical inspections
* Support with documentation, reports, and health & safety compliance
* Engage with contractors, clients (e.g. Anglian Water), and supply chain partners throughout project lifecycles

What will I need to be considered?

* A degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (BEng or MEng)
* An interest in sustainability, utilities, and infrastructure
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
* Enthusiasm to work in both office and site environments
* Full UK Driving licence (or working towards it)
* Flexibility - Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.
* Great communication skills. (Written and Verbal)
* Self- motivated – attitude is key, it’s your career!
* A team player
