About the Role As a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with additional needs across a range of needs and age groups. This flexible, hands-on role is ideal for anyone looking to build experience in education or begin a career working with children with SEND. You will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils engage with learning in a way that suits their needs. Assist classroom teachers with activities, resources and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment. Support pupils with personal care and daily routines where required.
