Trinity C of E Primary Academy, part of St. Chad’s Academies Trust wishes to appoint a dedicated play leader who wants to make a difference to the lives of the children at Trinity. The successful candidate would be supported by a highly skilled team at Trinity who have a passion for growing individuals.

Job Title: Lunchtime Play Leader
Salary: Grade 2 / NJC spinal point 2-3 / £24,413 - £24,413 actual pro rata salary £5675 - £5764
Hours: 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
To assist in the day-to-day organisation and operation of the lunchtime activities.
Contract Type: Fixed-term
Reporting To: Senior leaders/line manager
Responsible For: Supporting the learning and development of children at Trinity through play.
The successful candidate will have a Level 2 in play work or equivalent, experience of working with children, and demonstrate a passion for supporting children.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and is eligible for an enhanced DBS check including a Children's Barring List Check. If you are barred from working with children, you are breaking the law if you apply for this post.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016), and therefore, the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
