Architect – UK and International projects
My Clients are an esteemed practice based in Bristol, they are looking to expand their team with two architects to join their practice. This is an great opportunity for an Architect to flourish in their career with ample opportunity for growth and progression and to work on an abundance of intricate projects
If you have a minimum 3 years of experience within the residential, masterplanning and large scale commercial sectors and have demonstratable experience working within the earlier front end RIBA stages and also have demonstratable experience creating Hand drawings this could be a great opportunity for you to join a design focused large practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret client briefs and produce high quality conceptual drawings and details across the earlier RIBA stages
2. Ensure compliance with current building regulations and legislation.
3. Collaborate with teams internally to create conceptual and technical drawings then ensure they are delivered on site through the later RIBA stages.
4. Assisting associates and directors with the conceptual design and delivery of large scale projects across multiple sectors
Essential Requirements:
5. 3+ years’ experience in large scale project with a strong focus on the earlier RIBA stages
6. Strong understanding of UK building regulations & construction methods.
7. Proficiency in Revit & Sketchup - Essential
8. Demonstratable experience in Hand Drawing and large scale projects
9. ARB Registered - Essential.
10. Design led experience would be desirable
What’s on Offer:
11. A competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000, dependant on experience.
