Salary: £33,783 per annum (£14.85 per hour). Contract: Full-time, all year round. Hours: 43.75 per week, Monday–Friday (between 07:00–18:00).

Entry Requirements
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare (full and relevant)
* At least two years’ experience in a Deputy Management role
* Supervisory experience is essential
* Clear DBS check required
* (Desirable) Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to motivate and support a team
* Strong financial and budget management abilities
* Confident in marketing and promotional activities
Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Education
* Provide high-quality day care for children aged 0–5 years, plus after-school and holiday club leadership
* Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
* Work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and carers
* Keep detailed records and share progress updates with families
* Ensure equipment and resources are maintained to a high standard
Business & Leadership
* Recruit, support, and develop nursery staff
* Manage budgets effectively
* Plan and implement marketing strategies
* Maintain accurate records and management reports
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and safeguarding regulations
* Keep up to date with Early Years and Ofsted requirements
* Build strong relationships with local agencies, schools, and professionals
* Attend and contribute to training and development opportunities
* Work closely with the Nursery Owner and Area Manager to maintain excellence
