Seeking a highly motivated ECT committed to mastering KS3/4 core and combined Science pedagogy. You will teach Science across KS3/4, benefiting from a structured induction programme focused on mastery teaching techniques, classroom management, and data-driven intervention. While the initial focus is KS3/4, there is guaranteed KS5 training and experience offered during the second year of your induction. Experience and Qualifications Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or expected QTS by January 2026. Relevant Science degree (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
