A well-established UK-based metal stockholder and distributor is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Account Manager to join its dynamic team in Leeds.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering tailored solutions across a range of sectors including manufacturing, construction, defence, and aerospace.

Provide quotations, manage orders, and support external sales teams to ensure seamless service from enquiry to delivery.

Use internal CRM and ERP systems to track communications and manage sales processes efficiently.
*
Understand customer project requirements and help match them with suitable stock and processing services.
*
Learn from experienced colleagues and gain knowledge of various metal grades, specifications, and cutting/fabrication services.
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in sales, customer service, or office-based roles – ideally in a technical or industrial setting.

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.

Confident with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Eager to learn about metal materials and their applications.

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts.
