Shift pattern: Full-time - flexibleshift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, we candiscuss this further at interview.
Salary: Up to £34,350 PerAnnum

The Role
As the Store Manager, you’ll;
* Lead& develop a passionate team to deliver outstanding customer service& maximise performance.
* Createexciting in-store promotions and experiences.
* Ensureoperational excellence, including audits, budgets, and stockmanagement.
* Drivesales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stockcontrol.
* Ensurethe smooth running of the store.
What you’ll need tosucceed
* Bringingfresh ideas from your previous experience in retailmanagement, ideally 2+ years
* Strongleadership skills to inspire and motivate.
* Passionfor customer service & sales.
* Strongdecision-making & problem-solving skills.
* Aresults-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets.
* Willingnessto carry out piercing services for our customers – with full trainingprovided (Optional)
