Hours: 8:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
We are a leading international specialist access provider offering design, supply, and erection of mast climbers, hoists, and other access solutions.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing new business across scaffolding, mast climber, and hoist divisions. Construction experience is essential, access experience is desirable.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager and Company Directors, this role involves securing new business with both new and existing clients across our services.
Key duties include:
* Identifying and pursuing tendering opportunities in our operational regions
* Converting and securing priced tenders
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Updating and maintaining CRM database for tenders and future work
* Following up on leads, inquiries, and tenders
* Leading the sales cycle and closing deals effectively
Required skills:
* Proactive and self-motivated
* Proven track record of business growth
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to prioritize in a busy environment
