SWEMKO UK is looking for an Office Administrator to work in a successful family business.
We are currently seeking an office administrator to help with the day to day running of the engineering company based in Brislington, looking after areas of our office, purchasing and sales administration, including; answering telephones, processing delivery notes, telephone sales, processing sales invoices and other roles .
Job Requirements
* Experience and a willingness to learn required.
* Enthusiastic attitude to work and flexibility.
* Basic computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
* Experience of Sage/Accounting software is beneficial but not necessary
Job Responsibilities
* Working as part of a dedicated strong office based team.
* Sales calls and speaking with customers.
* Learning and taking on several jobs.
* Varied tasks throughout the working day.
* Working with both suppliers and customers
Hours
Monday to Thursday - 08:00 till 17:00
Friday - 08:00 till 16:00
