What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities
* Delivering NHS locally commissioned and private services using both in-store and digital tools.
* Leading professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
* Monitoring, evaluating and continually improving standards of care and safety.
* Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
* Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.
* Representing Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves vigtigt)
* Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
* Passion for delivering essential advanced and private services.
* * Eagerness to coach and guide others.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience in enhanced services.
* A strong understanding of local clinical networks.

Need To Know
Shifts: 1 Sunday a month and 3 out of 4 Saturdays. Shift ranges between 8 am‑5 pm, 9 am‑6 pm and 10 am‑7 pm.
Ideal candidate will be travel‑trained or wanting to complete travel training. We are a busy Health Centre store on Birmingham High Street we have multiple services we offer from travel to mole scanning crushed kind.
We are a busy dispensary pharmacists who currently work here have a vast amount of knowledge and are great trainers. We have a range of skill level within our pharmacy. This is a great store to learn and develop yourself.
