We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Peacocks store in Lampeter. The store is a key part of the local high street, situated inside the Co-op, serving a loyal customer base and playing an important role in the town’s retail community. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of an established store, supporting and developing your team, driving sales, and delivering a strong customer experience every day. As Store Manager, you will lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who can work using their own initiative. Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
