About You
* Experience as a Store Manager or leader in fast-paced retail or hospitality
* Results-driven with high standards and excellent customer service skills
* High attention to detail, understanding of company procedures, and clear communication skills
* Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of your home and to other local stores
* Proactive, solution-focused, able to prioritize, delegate, and develop a team to meet targets
Key Responsibilities
* Manage, recruit, and develop a team for a well-known brand, focusing on value, sales maximization, and high standards
* Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures
* Set tasks to deliver effective service, stock management, and customer flow
* Achieve sales targets by managing waste, shrinkage, and payroll
* Enhance colleagues' product knowledge and embody Aldi's brand values
