Main Duties: As a Finance Assistant, your main duties include: * Oversee and reconcile the company’s cash and treasury-related activities * Carry out regular bank and transaction reconciliations to ensure accuracy * Process and review invoicing, sales, commissions, and expense-related items * Manage foreign currency transactions and conversions * Act as a key point of contact for finance-related queries via email and phone * Reconcile incoming payments and records within the company’s financial systems * Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations as part of reporting cycles * Provide cover and support for team members during periods of leave * Assist with month-end processes, projects, and other ad hoc finance tasks Location / Office / Culture You will be working hybrid, typically 3 days a week, from the contemporary based in Lichfield.
