The Position
Are you a leader with a proven background in retail sales?
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with retail management experience, or someone with a strong background in bathroom & tile sales looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for the overall daily operations of your showroom, ensuring efficiency and meeting the company's sales and financial goals. You will be a vigorous brand advocate and be able to successfully represent our company's core values whilst demonstrating excellent leadership qualities.
Duties will include:
* Managing and overseeing showroom operations and ensuring the efficient functioning of the showroom.
* Enforcing exceptional customer service, setting criteria for staff and ensuring health & safety compliance.
* Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within agreed levels for the store as well as meeting personal targets.
* Delivering a high standard of administration to reduce errors.
* Supporting the sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Demonstrating a positive "can do" approach, creating a positive team atmosphere with a culture of continual improvement.
As Showroom Manager you will:
* Lead by example and possess strong leadership skills.
* Have a real passion for excellence.
* Have a proven background in retail sales.
* Have experience and confidence in team management.
* Experience of MS tools

Salary
Showroom Manager:
* Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus
* On target earnings £45,000.
