Managing Quantity Surveyor - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

The Package:
- Basic salary of £90,000 - £95,000 (DOE)
- Company Car Allowance (£7,000)
- Excellent holiday allowance (with buy / sell option)

Responsibilities:
- Commercial management of projects during pre-construction stage
- Lead and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors of all levels
- Lead procurement strategies and tendering processes
- Ensure compliance with the client and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Industry related qualification
To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record as a Managing Quantity Surveyor delivering construction projects ranging from £5m - £25m.
