Chef de Partie – Immediate Start
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at our award-winning 2 Rosette hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career in a high-quality, fresh-food environment where creativity and attention to detail are key.
The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes that meet our 2 Rosette standards. You will work closely with the Senior Chefs to maintain quality, efficiency, and innovation across the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of your section, ensuring high standards of preparation and presentation
2. Maintain consistency and quality in line with Rosette-level expectations
3. Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
4. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
5. Support and mentor junior members of the team
6. Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail
What We’re Looking For:
7. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
8. Background in a quality fresh-food kitchen (Rosette or fine dining experience preferred)
9. Strong understanding of modern cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients
10. Excellent organisation and time management skills
11. A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
12. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
