A Global Microsoft Partner is looking to appoint a D365 Solution Director to lead large-scale enterprise delivery programmes across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
This is a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping solution strategy, overseeing multiple workstreams, and guiding a team of Solution Architects across complex global implementations — with a particular focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction across enterprise D365 programmes
* Lead and mentor Solution Architects across Finance, SCM, and Retail workstreams
* Define and own the overall solution architecture and delivery roadmap
* Engage with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and technology outcomes
* Oversee governance, design standards, and delivery quality across global engagements
* Support pre-sales, scoping, and bid activity where required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience leading large-scale D365 F&O / SCM delivery programmes
* Background as a Solution Architect or Programme Lead within the Microsoft ecosystem
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Deep understanding of enterprise delivery models and global rollout strategy
* UK-based, with flexibility to travel when required
