Accounts Administrator Temporary – Up to 8 weeks Nottingham, NG7 £12.82 - £13.84 DOE Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Accounts Administrator will provide essential administrative support to the accounts team during a busy period, ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations. This role will focus on assisting with a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, invoice processing and general administrative duties. KEY DUTIES Process and input invoices, credit notes and expenses into the accounting system Support with monitoring of account transactions Prepare and issue statements, payment runs and reminders where required Liaise with suppliers, clients and internal teams to resolve queries promptly Ensure compliance with company procedures and financial regulations Update spreadsheets, databases and reports to track financial activity Support the accounts team with ad-hoc administrative tasks Contribute to maintaining accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality in all finance related processes.
