We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Support Officer to join us!
This is a full-time, permanent, Grade 5 role with hybrid working, and a salary of £28,193 - £32,104 per annum.
The Role:
As a Digital Support Officer, you will report to our Senior Digital Development Officer. You will be responsible for supporting the corporate website, case management and webform systems.
You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies that support the IT and digital strategy while working with a welcoming and encouraging team.
Your role will involve:
* Providing support for the CMS (website) and CRM systems and the Senior Digital Development Officer in delivering efficient and effective services to a diverse range of customers.
* Actively promote the website as an accessible and user-friendly self-service portal for internal and external customers.
* Work closely with services to plan and execute upgrades and system developments. Assist the Senior Digital Development Officers during the implementation phase to ensure smooth transitions.
* Collaborate closely with service teams to identify areas for improving website functionality.
