Temporary Credit Control / Collections Job - Based in Egham, Surrey
Your new role:
Due to an increased work load, we are looking for a skilled credit controller to join an Egham-based client on a temporary basis. Your duties will include:
1. Business to business credit control
2. Calling customers to chase overdue invoices
3. Collecting due and overdue payments
4. Resolving invoice-related queries to ensure prompt payments
5. Working with other internal departments (finance, sales, customer service) to resolve invoice-related disputes and queries
6. Recording all customer contact accurately on customer accounts
7. AR administration as required
What you'll need to succeed :
8. Previous experience of working in a credit control or collections role
9. Excellent telephone manner andmunication skills
10. Live locally to Egham (this is an office-based role)
11. Immediately available to start a temporary assignment - approx 6 - 8 weeks' work
