Job Description
* Dishwashing – Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashers
* Kitchen cleanliness – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, countertops and food preparation areas; empty rubbish bins and dispose waste appropriately
* Food preparation – Assist chefs and cooks with basic tasks such as peeling, chopping and slicing ingredients
* Inventory management – Assist in receiving, storing and organising kitchen supplies and ingredients
* Stock vending machines – Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vending machines, ensuring equipment is in good working order
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required
* Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
* Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation practices is a plus
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
