Overview
Role Summary: A 96-bed secure forensic hospital offering medium, low, and open rehabilitation care for men and women with mental illness and/or personality disorders.
Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, person-centred care across secure mental health pathways
* Participate in assessments, planning, and evaluations of care
* Support patients with complex and challenging behaviours
* Work collaboratively with the wider MDT and contribute to clinical improvement
* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with NMC standards
* Promote a therapeutic environment that aids rehabilitation and recovery
Essential Requirements
* Registered with the NMC (RMN)
* Experience in secure, forensic, or acute mental health settings preferred
* Ability to work shifts including nights, weekends, and bank holidays
* Excellent team-working and communication skills
* Commitment to professional development and patient-centred care
