Position: Telesales Support Assistant
Contract Type: Temporary
Hourly Rate: £13/hour
Working Hours: Standard 9 AM - 5 PM
Location: Office-based - Liverpool, Knowsley
Responsibilities
* Connect with existing and prospect clients to discuss additional product lines
* Identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise client spending and satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
What We're Looking For
* A motivated individual with a knack for sales and a passion for customer service
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering solutions
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential
