Frasers Hospitality owns and operates 7 properties in the UK, including brands like Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, Fraser Residence, and Park International Hotel, located in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow. Our accommodations cater to both business and leisure travelers, offering short and long stays.
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:
1. Lead engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the quality of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixtures, and equipment across all areas.
2. Ensure safety and security of the property and its occupants by implementing procedures and regulatory compliance.
3. Plan and supervise repair and installation activities, including fire safety systems.
4. Perform plumbing, carpentry, decorating, electrical, and mechanical engineering tasks as needed to maintain safe and efficient systems.
5. Comply with all local legislation and regulations, especially health & safety, building codes, and fire safety standards.
6. Monitor and optimize budgets, maintenance costs, and personnel expenses.
7. Contribute to property optimization, including making rooms available for sale.
8. Follow sustainability and green policies, and develop initiatives to enhance sustainability efforts.
9. Develop and train team members to meet performance standards.
10. Communicate effectively to motivate and align the team with organizational goals.
11. Possess proven experience in a similar role.
12. Have a solid understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
13. Possess knowledge of facilities machinery and equipment.
14. Experience in planning maintenance operations.
15. Maintain a hands-on approach with attention to detail.
16. Lead and inspire team members to perform their best.
17. Be eligible to work in the UK.
