Robert Half is partnering with a well-known Bristol-based charity to recruit an interim management accountant for an initial six-month engagement.Up to £55k6 - 9 month FTCImmediate StartHybrid working - Central BristolReporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function, ensuring the smooth delivery of month-end reporting and providing reliable financial insight to senior stakeholders across the organisation.Key responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentaryBalance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of the nominal ledgerSupporting the budgeting and forecasting processCash flow monitoring and reportingProducing financial reports for grant funding and restricted incomeLiaising with budget holders to provide financial support and challengeAbout you:Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experienceProven management accounts experience, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sectorStrong Excel skills; experience with accounting software (Sage, Xero, or similar)Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and hitting the ground runningFor more information or to apply, please contact Ben Williams @ Robert Half on 01179 935 400 or apply directly to this advert.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
