What we are looking for: We’re seeking a proven leader with: Extensive experience in adult social care or health systems. Strong strategic and operational management skills. A track record of delivering results through partnership working. Deep understanding of statutory frameworks including the Care Act, Mental Health Act, and CQC regulations. A professional qualification in social care or health, or equivalent experience. What you will do: Lead and oversee the operational management of locality based adult social care teams across the county. Drive performance, transformation, and service improvement. Ensure financial sustainability and regulatory compliance. Represent the Directorate at strategic forums and influence policy. Champion co-production and community-based approaches.
