If that sounds like the kind of work you want your expertise to go towards, read on.</b></p><p>Were looking for an experienced HR Adviser (3+ years) to join our small but impactful team, covering our residential childrens homes, specialist schools and adults residential services — around 170 staff across England and Wales.</p><h3>What youll be doing:</h3><ul><li>Supporting safer recruitment and safeguarding compliance.</li><li>Coaching managers and building people management confidence.</li><li>Shaping policy and contributing to a high-performing culture.</li></ul><h3>What were looking for:</h3><ul><li>Strong HR and case management background.</li><li>Knowledge of UK employment law and safer recruitment.</li><li>Experience in a regulated sector (care, education, health) - a real plus.</li><li>CIPD Level 3+ desirable, but lived experience counts too.</li></ul><p><b>This isnt a corporate HR role.
