Teamwork & Communication

* Work collaboratively with nursing colleagues, therapists, volunteers and the wider Care Services team to provide seamless, high‑quality care.
* Communicate clearly, compassionately and sensitively with patients, families, carers, and colleagues.
* Support volunteers and new team members, helping them feel included and confident in their roles.
* Share information appropriately within the team to maintain continuity and safety of care.
* Demonstrate a positive, flexible approach, responding to the changing needs of the service and supporting colleagues when required.

Education & Quality Improvement

* Take part in audits, reviews, and infection control activities to maintain high clinical standards.
* Maintain awareness of CQC requirements and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care.
* Participate in training, supervision, and reflective practice to support personal and professional development.
* Contribute ideas for service improvement, helping to develop care practices that enhance patient experience.
