About the Role
As a Senior Beauty Therapist at Cairn Group, you'll lead by example—delivering exceptional treatments, supporting your team, and helping to create a relaxing and welcoming environment for every guest.
You'll perform a full range of beauty treatments while also supporting front-of-house duties, including meeting and greeting guests, taking bookings, managing check-ins and check-outs, and promoting retail sales.
In this leadership role, you'll motivate your team to achieve departmental targets, ensure consistent service standards, and help drive overall guest satisfaction and commercial success.
