Your Role:
As a Litigation Attorney, you will:
* Manage sophisticated construction and surety litigation matters from inception to resolution.
* Draft and argue motions, including dispositive and procedural motions.
* Conduct all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery and taking/defending depositions.
* Perform legal research and prepare memoranda and case strategy analysis.
* Collaborate closely with clients, experts, and team members throughout the litigation lifecycle.
* Assist in trial preparation and attend hearings and proceedings as needed.
Working Conditions:
* Enjoy a hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite at our Irvine-area office.
* Meet a billable requirement of 1,950 hours/year.

Compensation:
* 5th year associate: $200K base
* Annual increases of $5K (e.g., 6th year = $205K base).
* Multiple bonus structures available.

Qualifications:
* Must be a licensed attorney in California.
