Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the legal function, partnering closely with senior leadership.
• Design and implement new operational capabilities, processes and governance frameworks that enhance the effectiveness of the legal team.
• Leverage data, analytics and reporting tools to generate insights, track KPIs, and support smarter decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, introduce technology solutions, and improve operational performance.
• Ensure legal operations processes align with internal policies while proactively identifying and mitigating legal, financial and reputational risks.
About You
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice.
• Significant experience in senior legal operations roles, ideally within large global in-house legal teams.
• A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional transformation projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable working with legal analytics, data and reporting tools to translate information into clear business insights.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where change and transformation are constant.
• An excellent communicator with strong drafting skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across a global organisation.
