Location:
London and South East (hybrid, approximately 50% field-based)
Key responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to medical affairs strategy and tactical planning
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts and key stakeholders
* Deliver high-quality, compliant medical education to healthcare professionals
* Gather, analyse, and translate field insights into actionable plans
* Lead cross-functional medical projects aligned to business and patient needs
* Support the planning and delivery of symposia and medical events
Candidate profile:
* Relevant scientific or medical academic background
* Proven experience within Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on external engagement
* Previous roles may include Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Advisor, Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager
* Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice, compliance, and the NHS landscape
* High energy, proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives without formal line management responsibility
