As we continue our growth journey, were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of Rarebreed Dining.
The Role This is not a desk-based role.
Were looking for an Operations Manager who thrives in the heart of the actionsomeone who is most comfortable on the floor, in the kitchen, and working directly alongside teams to understand what excellence truly looks like in each venue.
You will:
Spend time across all sites, with an expectation of a day per week in each venue, embedding yourself within the teams
Lead from the front, supporting and developing our General Managers
Take full ownership of P&L performance, driving profitability while maintaining quality
Act as the bridge between operational reality and business strategy, ensuring head office initiatives align with whats happening on the ground
Work closely with our Managing Directors to shape strategy, identify trends, and unlock growth opportunities
Balance hands-on operational support with a strategic mindset that supports scaling the business

Proven experience successfully managing multiple venues within hospitality
A genuine passion for the industry and a drive to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Strong operational expertise, with the ability to spot detail and elevate standards
Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong commercial awareness
A hands-on leadership styleyoure as comfortable rolling up your sleeves as you are reviewing strategy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels
Confidence working with data and systems, including strong Excel proficiency
