With a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community, the organisation employs over 120 people across two UK sites and is preparing for a leadership transition within HR.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, employee relations, and absence processes
Lead return-to-work procedures and ensure compliance with employment legislation
Coordinate monthly payroll and produce HR reports
Analyse workforce trends and deliver people-focused improvements
Champion wellness and employee engagement initiatives
Refresh HR policies and procedures, and lead internal communications to ensure clarity and understanding
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering environment
CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
A proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to influence and lead change
