Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious solicitor or legal executive to join our fast paced, rapidly growing and highly regarded Community Care & Welfare team.
Reporting to the Partner and Head of Team, you will manage your own caseload of privately fee-paying clients and play a key role in supervising junior fee earners and contributing to the development of this specialist area of law.

The team specialises in the provision of highly tailored education, health, social care and welfare advice to Court of Protection Deputies, their clients and professionals in respect of children and adults living with a disability, injury or illness.
Experience/ Attributes required
Essential Skills
1. Solid experience in Community Care/Public Law and/or Court of Protection matters, including overlapping issues relating to Property & Affairs and Health & Welfare.
2. Experience of working with and advising Court of Protection Deputies, their clients and professionals such as case managers.
