The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Join a dedicated SEN support team, working across the school (primarily KS1)
* Provide tailored 1:1 support to pupils with a range of additional needs
* Support children with ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and learning challenges
* Deliver targeted interventions and adapt classroom activities to suit individual learning styles
* Support EHCP targets and implement effective behaviour strategies
* Promote independence, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have proven experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting
* Are confident delivering 1:1 support
* Have primary school experience (desirable)
* Are patient, resilient, and proactive in their approach
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Have a solid understanding of behaviour management strategies
* Hold a relevant TA qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent – desirable)
